Built for the long haul, our insoles typically provide peak support for 12+ months with daily use. Unlike standard gel or memory foam that flattens out quickly, our advanced materials are engineered to maintain their shape and "bounce."

If you fall between sizes, we always recommend sizing up. It is much easier to trim a slightly larger insole down to the exact shape of your shoe than to deal with a gap from an insole that's too small. This ensures a precise, gap-free fit.

In most cases, they’ll fit like a dream. Here is how to ensure the best fit for your specific footwear:

  • The Pro Move: For the most room and the best support, remove your shoe's original factory insole and replace it with your NuaSoles.
  • Layering: If your shoes are particularly roomy, you can place NuaSoles directly on top of the existing lining.
  • Check your volume: Keep in mind that low-volume shoes (like slim dress shoes) will naturally feel snugger than spacious work boots or trainers.
